Your admission fee covers your choice of five out of 30 sessions offered, a continental breakfast, networking lunch, and refreshments during the day. See our FAQ page for more registration details.

Check in: On the day of the conference, check-in starts at 7:30 a.m. in the Kent Humanities Building on the back side of the campus.

Program

You will have the opportunity to select up to five sessions from 30 different ones during the day. All sessions will be one hour with 15 minute breaks between. Just walk to the classroom of your choice. While classrooms have capacity limits, there are enough topics and concurrent sessions that you should be able to attend most of your first choices. Descriptions of sessions and speaker biographies are posted on the 2017 Program tab.

Just a reminder that no children are permitted, and no pets are allowed, except service animals.

Cancellation Policy

Full refunds are available if you cancel your registration before February 10, 2017, but no refunds are available after that cancellation deadline. If the conference is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, you will be reimbursed your registration less handling and food fees for which the conference is responsible. Payment will be made within 60 days of cancellation.

Phone number for weather cancellations: 410-822-5400.  You can also check our website for weather updates the morning of the conference. Thankfully, we have not had to cancel the conference for any reason in its 20 year history.
