Join this special ESWA private Zoom tour of the National Portrait Gallery's exhibit: Her Story: A Century of Women Writers!  In order to attend, you must register by Friday, June 25th.

The show, a collaborative effort between the National Portrait Gallery and the Smithsonian Institute, spotlights such literary giants as Toni Morrison, Anne Sexton (pictured, upper left), Sandra Cisneros, Ayn Rand, Jhumpa Lahiri, Marianne Moore, Alice Walker (pictured, bottom right) and Jean Kerr. Collectively the women represented have won every major writing prize of the 20th century!

Lasting one hour in length, this private tour will feature portraits and stories about the extraordinary women writers who have touched our lives and inspired our writing.

Our tour is scheduled from 5-6 PM, the afternoon of June 28th.  The National Portrait Gallery has asked that ESWA be logged into Zoom ten minutes early to ensure connectivity.  More information about the tour will be emailed to all registrants on Saturday, June 26th.
