Chesapeake College sits at the intersection of Maryland Rt. 213 (Centreville Rd.) and U.S. Route 50. It is 29 miles from Annapolis, 14 miles from Easton, 29 miles from Cambridge, 47 miles from Baltimore, 60 miles from Salisbury, and 57 miles east of Washington, DC.

The conference buildings are located halfway around the College Circle Drive, at the rear of the campus. Parking is in front of the Kent Humanities Building. There is a walkway to the building from the parking lot.
Attendees looking for overnight accommodations should consider the Holiday Inn Express Easton, about 13 miles east of the college on US Rt. 50 in Easton, Md. It has reserved a block of rooms for BTO attendees at the nightly rate of $121 (plus tax.) Reservations must be made by February 6, 2020 by calling 410-819-6500 and mentioning the conference name.
Attendees from the Western Shore might consider the hotels on or near Kent Island, including the Holiday Inn Express Annapolis East-Kent Island; the Best Western Kent Narrows Inn; or the Hilton Garden Inn Kent Island.
From Annapolis and points West: Take U.S. 50 Route East across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. Continue on Route 50 and cross the Kent Narrows Bridge. Continue on Route 50 for 2.5 miles to the Route 50/301 split. Bear to the right at the split and continue on Route 50 for 6 more miles.. Come to the traffic light at the intersection of Routes 50 and 213, and turn right on Route 213. The Chesapeake College entrance will be on your right.
From Salisbury and points East: Take U.S. Route 50 West through Cambridge. Continue on Route 50 West through Easton and another 15 miles to Wye Mills. Come to the traffic light at the intersection of Routes 50 and 213, and turn left on Route 213. (You'll be able to see from this intersection the huge wind turbine on campus just off of Route 50.) The Chesapeake College entrance is on the right.
Conference location on campus: The conference is located in the Kent Humanities and Cadby Theater Building at the rear of the campus. Free parking in campus lots.
