Board Member Bio
Kenton Kilgore is the ESWA Treasurer and Past President. He is the author of the novels THIS WASTED LAND, LOST DOGS, STRAY CATS, and DRAGONTAMER'S DAUGHTERS. He also wrote the children's picture books OUR WILD PLACE, PIMMI MAKES A FRIEND, and HOW THE KANGAL GOT HER MASK. He also wrote the non-fiction guide HAND-SELLING BOOKS: MAKING MONEY AND WINNING FANS.
He has over 20 years' experience performing technical writing and editing in a variety of fields for the Federal government. Kenton has presented at Bay To Ocean, and has taught technical writing, literature, and composition at the college level. An avid gamer, Kenton is also a fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pittsburgh Penguins. Kenton and family live on Kent Island, MD, with too many dogs and cats. Visit kentonkilgore.com for more.
