ESWA's The Crossroads Poetry & Micro Fiction Writing Contest:
This Year's Theme: Light

Eastern Shore Writer's Association members were invited write a poem or micro fiction piece which invoked the theme of Light. A special reading will take place the evening of Thursday, July 29th, from 7:30-9:00 PM, where the top ten finalists are invited to read their work live on Zoom, a 3rd place, 2nd place, and the winner will be announced.

Prizes are as follows: 

3rd place will be awarded $25.00.

2nd place will be awarded $50.00.

1st place will be awarded $100.00, and free admission to the 25th annual Bay to Ocean Writers Conference--currently scheduled to take place at Chesapeake College in Wye Mills, Maryland (Pandemic permitting).  The 1st place winner is also invited to read their winning selection at the conference.
