May 21 is International Tea Day! Pop a bag of your choosing into your favourite mug and show the class while Mel demonstrates how to make the perfect cup of tea (British-style). This will be followed by some tea-inspired poetry and prompts, leading to the chance to steep and share some stanzas infused by your own food and drink traditions and rituals.
